Adjustable Thickness for Perfect Pasta

Adjust the dough sheet thickness easily with the machine knob, which offers 9 levels ranging from 0.5mm to 3mm. For perfect pasta dough, we recommend setting the thickness below level 5. Levels above 6 are suitable for making dumpling and wonton wrappers. Too thin dough sheets may fail to cut properly.
